Pumpkin Bundt Cake with Cream Cheese Icing
Hands down – this is the best pumpkin bundt cake that I’ve made. Adding ready made cream cheese icing is a pure sugar delight. One of the Best Fall Dessserts!
With the beginning of November, I begin craving fall desserts especially pumpkin everything! Pumpkin roll, pumpkin crunch, creamy pumpkin cheesecake (with ganache of course), pumpkin bread (I like to eat warm with cream cheese), and this amazing pumpkin bundt cake with cream cheese icing.
Tip for baking
Baking is an exact science and such recipes do need to be followed. While it’s easy and encouraged to experiment with regular food prepping, not so with baking. If even one part of the recipe is off, it is likely to change the consistency or flavor of the end result.
Here is my favorite pumpkin bundt cake recipe. While the recipe doesn’t add glaze or icing, while warm, I top with ready made cream cheese icing.
