I enjoy cooking and preparing healthy meals. One of the best investments I’ve ever made in myself is about 20 years ago, I took a food preparation class at one of the Viking Stores. After several classes, I asked the instructor if she did private lessons.

For about a year, I studied with a culinary school graduate who had her own business as a private chef and catering. It was amazing! I learned so many things about food and blending the tastes together.

It was such a wonderful feeling to be able to prepare meals that were even tastier than most of the high end restaurants that I’d enjoyed. I hope you enjoy some of the recipes, ideas, tips and tricks that I will be sharing with you.
