With the beginning of November, I begin craving fall deserts especially pumpkin everything! Pumpkin roll, pumpkin crunch, creamy pumpkin cheesecake (with ganache of course), pumpkin bread (I like to eat warm with cream cheese), and this amazing pumpkin bundt cake with glaze.
Remember – baking is an exact science and such recipes do need to be followed. While it’s easy and encouraged to experiment with regular food prepping, not so with baking. If even one part of the recipe is off, it is likely to change the consistency or flavor of the end result.
